3 things to do before starting a business

Between the moment you decide what you wanna do, 'til the moment you create that there is a gap that's filled with a process. We'll talk about that process I've overcome, at least a big part of it. Trust me, if you feel a bit lost, keep reading, it'll be a brief introduction in 3 steps that will clarify your mind:

The "3 steps program" to success:

1. Wonder what can you give to others:

People won't go to your service unless you are going to provide them with some solution to their problems. So the first thing you should do is to wonder what are you best at. Don't try to force a niche market you can't understand: It will probably fail. So get your strengths and put them to good use by sharing them. It can be a product you know, a service you understand perfectly, a knowledge you want to share, an app... etc.

2. Choose a mean:

It can be an e-commerce, or a website to contact you personally or your startup, which would introduce the visitors into your solutions. They are landing there for a reason. Help them get over those with what they need. And use the EASIEST and SIMPLER way so they know what they are there for in no time, and they'll give value to your proposition.

3. Make it happen:

You have the idea, the mean, and the way to deliver it. Now DO IT. If you don't know where to start, remember you'll need some sort of "map" through that road. It's called BUSINESS PLAN. It's like your compass, with a difference: It won't stay the same along the way. You'll need to be flexible by implementing > Testing > Understanding > Improving > Apply and restart the process.

The simpler version of it is named "CANVAS MODEL". It's a 1 sheet summary where you can see all the process in a single view. It's very shorted, but good enough.

The beginning:

You're not done anything yet, You've just started to walk. "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great..." (I love those words).

The inspiration well:

I'd recommend you to have your personal stock of inspiration sources. That way you'll keep your strength during the whole process. It feels lonely sometimes, but it doesn't have to be. Remember that nothing great comes without some suffering, and effort. You'll develop your grit one step at a time.
